Welcome to Lawnova.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lawnova platform, website, and related services.

By creating an account or using Lawnova, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the service.

About Lawnova

Lawnova is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help users manage and optimize 3D printing operations, including:

• Production scheduling
• Print planning
• Price calculation
• 3MF project analysis
• Workflow and production management

Lawnova is currently operated independently from Quebec, Canada.

Eligibility

You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

By using Lawnova, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Lawnova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Uploaded Content and Files

Users may upload .3mf files and other project-related data to use platform features.

Lawnova does not permanently store uploaded .3mf files themselves unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, extracted metadata and project-related information may be processed and stored to provide platform functionality.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and project data.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The content does not violate applicable laws
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights or contain malicious material

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Lawnova for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with platform security or performance
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service unlawfully
• Use the platform in ways that could damage or overload the infrastructure

Lawnova may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive or prohibited activity.

Subscription and Billing

Some features of Lawnova may require a paid subscription.

Payments and subscription management are handled through Lemon Squeezy .

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring billing where applicable

Pricing and Plan Changes

Lawnova reserves the right to:

• Modify subscription pricing
• Change available plans
• Add, remove, or modify features
• Introduce usage limits or restrictions

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify active subscribers of significant pricing or subscription changes in advance.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing or subscription terms.

Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise required by law, subscriptions and digital services may be non-refundable once access to the service has been provided.

Availability of Service

Lawnova is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliability and uptime, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Lawnova may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update or modify features
• Temporarily suspend access
• Discontinue portions of the service

without prior notice.

Data and Backups

Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data and project information.

Lawnova is not responsible for loss of data, production interruptions, failed print schedules, pricing inaccuracies, or operational damages resulting from use of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, interface elements, and functionality provided by Lawnova remain the property of Lawnova unless otherwise stated.

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content and operational data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawnova shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Loss of production time
• Data loss
• Pricing calculation inaccuracies
• Scheduling conflicts or production failures

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Termination

You may stop using Lawnova at any time.

Lawnova reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Updated versions will become effective once published on the platform.

Continued use of Lawnova after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
